This role will see you partnering with technology and business stakeholders to provide practical cyber security advice across projects, platforms, and cloud environments. You'll play a key role in influencing secure design decisions, conducting security reviews, identifying risks, and helping delivery teams achieve strong security outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide cyber security advice and guidance to technology and project teams.
- Conduct security architecture and design reviews.
- Perform threat modelling and security risk assessments.
- Assess solutions against security standards and controls.
- Support the remediation of security vulnerabilities and risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to embed security into technology delivery.
- Promote security best practices across enterprise and cloud environments.
- 3+ years' experience in cyber security, information security, risk management, or assurance.
- Experience reviewing solution designs and architectures within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of security vulnerabilities, threats, and controls.
- Experience with threat modelling and security assessments.
- Knowledge of cloud security principles and modern security practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance security, risk, and business outcomes.
- CISSP, CISM, or similar security certifications.
- Experience working within large, complex technology environments.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
- 6-month initial contract
