We’re partnering with a major federal government program delivering a large-scale ICT modernisation initiative, focused on secure cloud and end user computing uplift.
As part of a high-performing embedded delivery team, we’re looking for Endpoint / Device Management Specialists to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable device environments across the organisation.
These roles sit at the core of the EUC stream, responsible for delivering consistent, compliant, and high-performing endpoint solutions across a modern cloud environment. One position also offers the opportunity to step in as a Senior / Technical Lead, providing guidance across the capability.
Key responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain Standard Operating Environment (SOE) images
• Manage endpoint deployment platforms such as Intune and SCCM
• Package and deploy applications, patches, and system updates
• Implement and maintain device security baselines and compliance policies
• Troubleshoot SOE, application, and endpoint configuration issues
• Ensure consistent and reliable delivery of desktop and mobile device builds
• Collaborate with architects and program teams to align endpoint strategy
What you’ll bring
• Active NV1 clearance (required)
• Strong experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM)
• Proven experience building and managing SOE environments
• Experience packaging applications and managing deployments at scale
• Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoint and configuration issues
• Exposure to cloud-based environments and modern workplace technologies
• Experience within federal government or large ICT transformation programs is highly regarded
Desirable
• Experience in a technical leadership or SME capacity
• Exposure to cloud migration or modernisation programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
